After 4 months of hard work in the gym, I decided to see how the knee felt in a real life situation. I feel quite strong and given that I snowboard professionally, I figured going out and taking a few turns couldn't really hurt. It didn't hurt, (while riding at least!) and I can't even tell you how much that boosted my morale, and made me realize the past 4 months of gym work has really paid off. Thanks to my boyfriend for coming out and filming me with his new Sony 4k camera. Enjoy!
